Discussion on Practical Teaching Reform of Fundamental Nursing on Post Competency

Abstract: Cultivating students' post competency is the key point of nursing education to. Fundamental Nursing is the basic core course of nursing specialty, which plays an important role in forming students' good post competency. This paper takes the practical teaching of Fundamental Nursing in the undergraduate nursing major of our university in recent two years as an example, analyzes the learning status of the course, and discusses the reform measures to improve students' post competency from the aspects of the content, methods and evaluation of practice teaching, hoping to provide help for training nursing talents in line with clinical needs.
