Abstract: The craftsman spirit is rich in connotation. It is not only the spiritual wealth and cultural tradition of Chinese civilization, but also the target of socialist modernization. The cultivation of craftsman spirit must be a four-dimensional integration of craftsmanship, craftsmanship, soul and practice, and the implementation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is the unity of students' cognition and practice of craftsmanship, as well as the unity of knowledge, affection and practice. Ideological and political education in colleges and universities should be based on the call of The Times, inherit the craftsman spirit, and bring the rich content and form innovation of ideological and political education with the craftsman spirit, and make ideological and political education guide keep pace with The Times. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce the craftsman spirit into the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper mainly discusses the integration of craftsman spirit into ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and makes a key interpretation from two aspects of integration value and integration path. On the basis of exploring the significance of the integration of craftsman spirit and ideological and political education, this paper considers how to effectively implement the cultivation of craftsmanship in ideological and political education.
