Analysis on the Cultivation of College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability from the Perspective of Personalized Education

Abstract: With the continuous progress and development of education, the state and society pay more and more attention to the cultivation of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability, and integrating personalized education into the process of innovation and entrepreneurship education has become the general trend of the development of education. However, from the perspective of personalized education, there are still many problems in the process of Cultivating College students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability, such as too single teaching mode, imperfect teaching system, improving teaching ability, weak awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship and so on. This paper analyzes and discusses the problems existing in the cultivation of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability from the perspective of personalized education, and puts forward specific solutions for the cultivation of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability, so as to make college students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability meet the development needs of our times.
