Abstract: By collecting information on medical recruitment in Fujian Province obtained from Jobmd and 51job recruitment website from June 2020 to May 2021, and then perform data analysis and mining, obtain information on the regional distribution of medical jobs in the job market, the demand for education, the demand for specialties, the demand for experience and the demand for competence, etc., and understand the demand for medical personnel in Fujian Province during the latter part of the epidemic. In this way, medical students can be helped to plan their careers according to market demand. Exploring medical colleges and universities to carry out supply-side reforms to enhance the ability and quality of methods in order to graduate employment and entrepreneurship, in order to consolidate resources for colleges and universities and take measures to promote college graduates, and to provide data support and offer countermeasures and suggestions in order to accurately match jobs.
