Abstract: The research on the problems and paths of employment guidance in higher vocational colleges has important practical significance for guiding college students' smooth employment and improving the work level of employment guidance teachers. In view of the problems existing in the current employment work, such as the solidification of the concept of employment guidance, the single and backward way of employment guidance, the enthusiasm of employment guidance needs to be strengthened, and the instability of the team of employment guidance teachers, we can solve them from the aspects of innovating the concept of employment guidance, strengthening employment guidance, improving the enthusiasm of employment guidance and improving the team construction.
