Abstract: As an important carrier of the second classroom, innovation and entrepreneurship associations play an irreplaceable role in cultivating innovative technical talents. In view of the fact that most students have low awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship associations, recruitment has become one of the key issues restricting the development of associations. This article deeply analyzes the difficulties and reasons of recruiting new innovation and entrepreneurship associations in higher vocational colleges, and proposes countermeasures from six aspects: organization guarantee, mechanism guarantee, funding and workplace guarantee, human intelligence guarantee, publicity strategy, and innovative recruitment methods. Finally, a higher vocational college in Sichuan and its Intelligent Transportation Society were used as practical objects to verify the scientificity, feasibility and rationality of the applied countermeasures.
