Abstract: At present, there are some obvious problems in the course construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education in some local undergraduate universities, such as incomplete organizational guarantee system, outdated teaching methods, and teaching content that cannot meet the needs of students. Exploring and constructing a new innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system that is more suitable for local undergraduate universities is an objective requirement for local undergraduate universities to cultivate morality, accelerate transformation and construction, and serve the local community. It is of great significance. The following principles can be referred to when local undergraduate universities construct the curriculum system of innovation and entrepreneurship education: combining teaching for all with teaching by classification; The combination of general education and integrated majors; Combine theoretical study with intensive practice. The concrete measures mainly include: perfect organizational structure, perfect working mechanism; Improving teaching methods and contents; Make good use of various resources to promote the construction of curriculum system.
