Analysis of Strategies for Improving Higher Vocational Teachers' Teaching Ability from the Perspective of Production-Education Integration

Abstract: With the adjustment of national economic structure, industrial optimization and upgrading, the demand for skilled talents is increasing day by day. Higher vocational colleges provide professional technical talents for social development. Under the vision of the integration of industry and education, they constantly improve the teaching ability of higher vocational teachers and train more high-quality talents. This paper briefly describes the concept of production-teaching integration, analyzes its influence factors on the teaching ability of higher vocational teachers, and makes teaching ability positioning from three perspectives: the ability of innovative design of teaching methods, the ability of standardized management of teaching process and the ability of scientific evaluation of teaching results, in order to provide reference for higher vocational teachers to improve their teaching ability.
