Research and Practice of Teachers' Teaching Evaluation System under the Background of Reform of Teachers, Teaching Materials and Teaching Methods

Abstract: As an important subject of teaching activities, teachers' teaching level and their own quality often have an important impact on teaching quality. In this case, it is necessary to evaluate teachers' teaching ability and the whole teaching process. However, the previous evaluation system is difficult to effectively evaluate teachers' teaching ability and the whole teaching process. In order to solve this problem, this paper designs a new teacher teaching evaluation system based on reform of teachers, teaching materials and teaching methods. Firstly, it introduces the background of reform of teachers, teaching materials and teaching methods, and then optimizes the design of teachers' teaching ability evaluation system. The results of practical analysis show that the designed evaluation system of teachers' teaching ability has good evaluation effect, in order to provide some reference for the follow-up evaluation of teachers' teaching level through this research.
