Study on Employment Status and Countermeasures of Nursing Graduates in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract

Abstract: This paper from employment, employment, employment unit, geography and so on four aspects about the present situation of higher vocational nursing graduate employment summarized analysis, pointed out the problems existing in the current higher vocational nursing graduates employment, employment guidance is put forward and make-work job market to develop comprehensive and accurate, competition for jobs, capital specialization, vocational values education social significance and countermeasures, establish a more scientific and systematic employment guidance system, to help vocational nursing graduates more fully, higher quality employment.
