Abstract: Aiming at the widespread separation of theory from practice in traditional electronic circuits and related courses, as well as lack of engineering thinking and curriculum ideological and political problems, this article takes the basic theory of communication electronic circuit courses, with wireless energy transmission technology as the core, by incorporating engineering practice capabilities and ideological political literacy, designed an wireless energy transmission system based on tuned oscillation. In this case, hierarchical target tasks are designed the teaching method of process assessment is adopted, and students are guided to comprehensively apply theoretical knowledge such as electronic circuits to solve practical engineering problems and gives and analyzes the implemented reference scheme. The results of the case implementation show that the curriculum design task of integrating knowledge and ability literacy proposed in this paper has the characteristics of engineering, innovation, hierarchical, and quantifiable characteristics, which is of great significance and universality for electronic circuit theory course teaching in the new engineering background.
