Thoughts on the Construction of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education System in Public Application-Oriented Undergraduate Colleges and Universities under the Background of the Transfer of Independent Colleges

Abstract: Under the influence of the Ministry of education to promote the transformation of independent colleges, many independent colleges have been transformed into public application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities, and began to run schools independently. When promoting innovation and entrepreneurship education and creating innovation and entrepreneurship education mode, public application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities transferred from independent colleges are faced with the problem of the overall transformation and development of the school on the one hand, and there are also special difficulties in ideological understanding, operation mechanism, teacher guidance and education system on the other hand. From the perspective of national strategy, local social development and the noumenon of universities, the university needs to clearly realize that promoting innovation and entrepreneurship education is of great significance to the transformation and development of public applied undergraduate colleges and universities, and explore the “four-dimensional integration” system of innovation and entrepreneurship education in four aspects: leadership system, operation mechanism, training mode and evaluation system.
