Exploration and Practice of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education for Chinese International Students under the Background of “Double First-Class”——Take Xidian University as an Example

Abstract: With the continuous improvement of my country’s comprehensive national strength and international status and the “Belt and Road” initiative, more and more international students choose to study in China and choose to work or start a business in China. As an important base for innovation and entrepreneurship education for international students in China, it is the general trend to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education for international students in China. However, the current innovation and entrepreneurship education for international students in China still has problems such as unclear organizational structure, weak awareness, lack of system, lack of practice, language and cultural barriers. Taking Xidian University as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education for international students in China under the “double-first-class” background, and proposes corresponding solutions to improve the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education for international students in China.
