Teaching Reform and Innovation in Pomology Breeding from the Perspective of “New Agricultural Science”

Abstract: The construction of“new agricultural science”put forward new requirements for the teaching reform of agriculture and forestry colleges. Pomology breeding was one of the horticultural professional courses in agricultural and forestry universities. Embarked from the pomology breeding course teaching pain points, the reconstruction of the course content, teaching method innovation, teaching environment creation and teaching evaluation reform were interpreted to show the main content of teaching reform and innovation in pomology breeding respectively. Finally, the teaching effectiveness and the reflection were put forward, which provided a reference for other agricultural teaching reform.
