Abstract: The new liberal arts construction requires that the talent training model of colleges and universities be changed from discipline-oriented to demand-oriented. The current training of financial and accounting professionals and the needs of social talents presents a structural contradiction between supply and demand, graduates cannot find a right job at the same time, enterprises cannot recruit suitable talents, therefore, strengthen the study of the education of independent colleges of finance and accounting students, in practice to explore a set of talent training models that meet the needs of society, is of great significance to the improvement of the comprehensive competitiveness of independent colleges.
