Construct “Three Cycles, Three Promotion” Education Ecological Chain, Enhance the Adaptability of Vocational Education

Abstract: Under the new economic normal, China's industrial transformation and upgrading put forward new requirements for talent demand. Aiming at the talent training of higher vocational colleges, taking Hengshui Vocational and Technical College as an example, this paper carries out the research and practice of the new concept and mechanism of school enterprise collaborative education in higher vocational colleges, focuses on how to improve students' engineering service ability, form a “three cycles and three promotion” education ecological chain with teachers, students and enterprises as the core elements, and promote the cooperation and coordinated development of schools and enterprises, enhance the adaptability of vocational education.
