Construction of Teaching and Research Community of Preschool Education Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Guidance of PDS Concept

Abstract: The concept of PDS was first put forward by Holmes group in the 1980s, which advocated the establishment of cooperation between universities and primary and secondary schools to provide teachers with more professional practice conditions and opportunities. Under the guidance of PDS concept, the teaching and research community of higher vocational preschool education specialty conforms to the national policy, helps to solve the dilemma of talent training in colleges and universities, and is an effective measure to realize the cooperation and common progress of colleges, kindergartens and the government. This paper combs and expounds the practical significance, main characteristics, construction mode and operation mechanism of the community.
