Abstract: “Three-wide education”is an important concept of talent training in colleges and universities, and career education is an important part of talent training in colleges and universities. Implement career based empowerment in the lower grade stage, stimulate career awareness and promote the role transformation from senior high school students to college students; Implement career acceleration empowerment in the middle grade stage to promote goal orientation and skill improvement; Implement precise empowerment in the senior stage, and promote the implementation of job search and career selection actions and the evaluation and adjustment of career strategies.
