Construction of Career Education Empowerment System under the Concept of “Three-Wide Education”

Abstract: “Three-wide education”is an important concept of talent training in colleges and universities, and career education is an important part of talent training in colleges and universities. Implement career based empowerment in the lower grade stage, stimulate career awareness and promote the role transformation from senior high school students to college students; Implement career acceleration empowerment in the middle grade stage to promote goal orientation and skill improvement; Implement precise empowerment in the senior stage, and promote the implementation of job search and career selection actions and the evaluation and adjustment of career strategies. According to the principles of phased implementation, phased empowerment and joint forces formation, establishing the mapping relationship between different periods and links in career education, and constructing a career education system with stages, levels, key points and empowerment is a beneficial exploration of “Three-wide education” from concept to practice in the field of career education.
