Abstract: With the economic development, social technological change and industrial upgrading and optimization, modern enterprises need high-quality talent with professional spirit. Professional spirit is the driving force of technological upgrading, but the cultivation of professional spirit is generally neglected in current vocational education. “Employment-oriented” vocational education training courses not only focus on the cultivation of students' vocational skills, but also focused on the cultivation of professional spirit. This paper analyzes the application value of combines with professional skills and professional spirit in vocational education training courses, and make some suggestions on how to improve the effectiveness of vocational spirit cultivation.
