Abstract: In recent years, the rapid development of social economy has promoted the teaching reform in higher vocational colleges to a certain extent. Different from undergraduate colleges, higher vocational colleges mainly aim at cultivating high quality and skilled talents and pay more attention to students' practical operation level. School-enterprise cooperation is one of the characteristic teaching modes of higher vocational education, and the quality of talent training can be effectively improved through cooperation and cooperation with enterprises. However, in terms of the current situation of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education, both sides are facing difficulties such as weak school-running strength and lack of cooperative motivation, which leads to a influence on the quality of higher vocational education. Based on this, this paper studies the dilemma of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational schools, and puts forward the breakthrough path, in order to provide reference for teachers in higher vocational colleges.
