Abstract: Industry education integration has been promoted nationwide. In Hebei University of Technology, we explored vehicle engineering personnel training pattern under the background of industry education integration. This paper will explain the impact of industry education integration from three aspects: the significance of industry education integration, the advantages of deepening industry education integration pattern of vehicle engineering specialty, and the exploration and practice of vehicle engineering specialty under the background of industry education integration. It can also explore the role of industry education integration on economy, industry and higher education. Further deepen the integration of industry and education to achieve win-win cooperation between colleges and enterprises. It accumulates valuable experience for exploring new talent training mode.
