The Hybrid Teaching Practice of the Training Course of Food and Nutrition Testing under the Platform of Superstar Learning Assistant

Abstract: With the continuous update of the level of informatization and continuous innovation of teaching models, the hybrid teaching model combining online and offline has gradually becomes a research hotspot in various education fields today. This article introduces Superstar Learning Assistant and the online and offline hybrid teaching model, and combining the hybrid teaching practice of the food and nutrition testing training course of food quality majors under the Platform of Superstar Learning Assistant, and discusses the hybrid teaching effect.
