Abstract: Currently, there are some issues existing in employment and entrepreneurship education of local medical colleges, such as insufficient attention, lack of practice platform, weak faculty, and so on. Based on characteristics of medical specialty in local medical colleges, Guangxi Medical University explored and established a “trinity connection” employment and entrepreneurship education system connecting students' characteristics, market requirements and specialty characteristics. From the content, the employment and entrepreneurship education is divided into three modules of “theoretical courses, practical training simulation, and second classroom”, from theory to practice, step by step, inosculated as a whole, with good effects.
