Abstract: Cultivating high-quality innovative entrepreneurial talent is not only the fundamental task of college education, but also the focus and difficulty of talent training. Under the background of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Bay Area, the existing innovation entrepreneurship education based on the theory and practice, the research team after repeated exploration, practice and summary, based on the idea of guide-culture-practice and learning by doing's education theory, created the "three innovation, two fusion, coordination" innovation and entrepreneurship education model based on project operation, which has achieved remarkable achievements in innovation and entrepreneurship education.
