Exploration on the Application of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Education in Talents Training of Applied Chemistry Specialty

Abstract: In order to adapt to the new situation of “Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation”, innovation and entrepreneurship education is the only way for local colleges and universities to improve the quality of talent training, build universities with regional characteristics, and promote the convolution development under the background of diversified and specialized talents demands of social and economic development. Taking the applied chemistry major of Guilin University of Technology as an example, this paper summarizes the measures taken in the process of implementing the education of entrepreneurship and innovation, including entrepreneurship and innovation consciousness, teacher team construction, curriculum, industry-university-research collaboration, discipline competition, personalized training and evaluation system, to provide reference for local universities to promote the education of the innovation and entrepreneurship education.
