Research on “4344” Talent Training Mode of Private Colleges based on the Perspective of “Specialization and Innovation Integration”

Abstract: Under the background of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”, it is the trend of the times to explore a talent training model that can not only stimulate students' awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship but also enhance students' ability to specialize in innovation and integration. This paper mainly elaborates on the outstanding problems of insufficient integration of professional skills and innovation and entrepreneurship of private college students. Relying on the diversified collaboration between schools and enterprises, and taking professional education as the main content to form a talent training model of “four methods, three constructions, four ladders and four dimensions”. Through the diversified reform mechanism, cultivate students' professional skills, innovative spirit, entrepreneurial awareness and professional accomplishment, and realize the purpose of cultivating innovative technical skills talents in private colleges and universities.
