Research on the Medical Education Reform of Professional Education under the Perspective of “Integration of Specialty and Innovation”——Taking Physiology as an Example

Abstract: Although the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and medical professional education is an important direction of the higher medical education reform based on the healthy Chinese strategy, the medical education of "Integration of Specialty and Innovation" temporarily fall behind other disciplines due to particularity of medical education. Based on physiology teaching, this paper discusses the practical dilemma of "Integration of Specialty and Innovation" in medical schools, and looks for a reform way for cultivating compounded medical talents with strong practical competence, combined with the academic situation and teacher. This will contribute to the cultivation of high-level innovative and entrepreneurial medical talents who meet the needs of national development strategy and economic and social development.
