Construction of “Double Qualified Teachers” in Higher Vocational Colleges under the “Double High Plan”

Abstract: The“double high plan”not only plays a leading role in the reform of the concept of vocational education, but also puts forward higher requirements for the construction of “double qualified” teachers. This paper briefly explains the connotation of "double qualified" teachers and the value of the construction of double qualified teachers, analyzes and combs the current situation and existing problems of the construction of double qualified teachers, and puts forward the optimization strategies for the current professional development of teachers, that is, paying attention to the cooperation between schools and enterprises, optimizing the structure of teachers, perfecting the teacher identification system and the construction of teachers' ethics and style, so as to ensure the construction quality of double qualified teachers.
