Teaching Reform and Practices of Regulatory Planning Course Intervented Urban Design Guidelines——Taking the Urban and Rural Planning Major of Hebei University of Technology as an Example

Abstract: Urban design plays an important role in detailed territorial space planning and provides design guidance and control requirements for the implementation of legal planning. Combining with the teaching present situation of the regulatory planning course in Hebei University of Technology, this paper proposed the teaching reform path of the urban design involved in regulatory detailed planning. And the reform practices are carried out in the overall urban design involving unit planning and the neighborhood plot urban design involving land subdivision guidelines. This research provides a teaching reform reference for optimizing the professional curriculum system, enhancing the teaching quality of design courses, and improving students' professional accomplishment.
