Research on Practical Teaching Reform of University-Enterprise Cooperation in Civil Engineering under the Background of “New Infrastructure”

Abstract: The development of "New Infrastructure" puts forward higher requirements for the cultivation of civil engineering professionals. Practical education is an important way for colleges to cultivate talents. This paper combs the problems and deficiencies existing in the current university-enterprise cooperation, and puts forward the construction ideas of practical teaching system of civil engineering specialty from the aspects of building a double qualified teacher team, jointly building a practical teaching base, strengthening the practice education of school enterprise cooperation through discipline competition, and optimizing the assessment mechanism of school enterprise cooperative practical teaching. The school of civil engineering of Changsha University has constantly explored the talent training mode, strengthened the cultivation and training of students' engineering professional ability and innovation and entrepreneurship ability through school enterprise cooperative practical teaching, and practiced the in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises.
