Abstract: The electrician practice is an important course of practical skills training for engineering majors. It is very important to embody engineering education concept and engineering application in practice teaching. After analyzing the actuality of electrician practice, the direction of teaching reform is put forward from the aspects of teaching content, teaching organization, teaching design. In practice teaching, practical engineering projects are taken as the main line, solving practical problems are taken as the starting point and training comprehensive skills are taken as the goal. In this way, the concept of engineering education is applied to the teaching of electrician practice.
