Cultivation of Teaching Skills of Normal University Students under Blended Teaching Mode——A Case Study of Chinese Fragment Teaching

Abstract: At present, the research and innovation on teaching skills training of normal university students are relatively lagging behind, mainly classroom teaching and micro-teaching, and this single training mode is difficult to achieve efficient teaching. Therefore, the research on the cultivation of teaching skills of normal university students based on the perspective of hybrid teaching is of great significance to enrich the connotation of information-based teaching ability. By analyzing the problems existing in the current normal teaching skills training, combined with hybrid teaching enlightenment to its, segments of language teaching, for example, build a teaching model based on hybrid of the content of the normal students teaching skills training system, and formulate the corresponding teaching evaluation method, in order to cultivate students' teaching skills to provide some reference and reference.
