Abstract: How to integrate the innovative education into the professional education has become a key issue in the current education and teaching reform. This paper takes economics and management as an example, put forward a new case teaching model of “one core and two wings” based on the analysis of research practice at home and abroad. “One core” means through-type case teaching, “Two wings” refers to entrepreneurial competition and the construction of case base. The paper analyzes the concrete implementation path: In order to implement the penetrating case teaching, it is necessary to take university students' entrepreneurial competition, on-campus practical training course and the construction of case base, etc. Through the reform of the traditional assessment mechanism of students and teachers, we can realize the effective integration of double creation education and professional education. On this basis, we will finally achieve the goal of cultivating innovative talents.
