Abstract: Higher vocational colleges have been taking developing high-quality skilled talents as the teaching goal all the time. As the education and teaching activities continually develop in China and the whole society never stops to make progress, the economy and trade major in higher vocational colleges has gradually formed diversified talent training objectives, who are committed to cultivating diversified talents with innovative quality, creative ability, prominent personality and self-worth. Only such diversified talents can effectively meet the specific demands of the economic and social transformation and development in China, as well as the post needs of social development, so as to make great contributions to the social development in China. For the development of educational activities in higher vocational colleges in the new era, diversified talent training activities have become the core educational subject. With the exploration of diversified talent training path of economy and trade major in higher vocational colleges as the topic based on personalized development, this paper carries out relevant exploration and analysis.
