Abstract: The impact of the novel coronavirus pneumonia on the employment of university graduates is enormous. From the perspective of post epidemic situation, how to explore and innovate the employment mode of graduates is a problem that needs to be explored. In this work, inspired by an example from college of physics, mechanical and electrical engineering, Jishou University, propose a “Qitong mode” system, including “ideology-administration connection, purpose conjointness, teacher-student collaboration, information commons, college-enterprise cooperation, support command, multi-effectiveness concurrence” for further exploration and practice of graduate employment.
