Abstract: This paper briefly introduces the current situation of "double high" construction in Higher Vocational Colleges at home and abroad, points out a series of problems existing in the "double high" construction plan in China, especially in Hebei higher vocational colleges, explores and puts forward relevant theories, methods and strategies to solve these problems, so as to promote the construction of a number of Higher Vocational Colleges with leading reform, supporting development, Chinese characteristics and world level. It is of great significance to promote the quality of personnel training and promote the economic and cultural development of Hebei Province and even the whole country. This paper puts forward the theory, method and strategy of "double high" construction in Hebei higher vocational colleges, in order to explore a development path suitable for Hebei Vocational Colleges.
