Research on the Methods of Instructor's Educational Ability in the New Media Era

Abstract: The rapid development of new media technology has continuously changed the ways and methods for college students to obtain information. At the same time, it has also put forward new requirements for the educating ability of counselors. Through the analysis of the dilemma and clarification of responsibilities, the research further proposes effective methods for the counselors to play their role in educating people, aiming at the problems and challenges faced by contemporary counselors in educating people. Counselors build a new propaganda position by making full use of the characteristics of the Internet, integrate multiple resources, and formulate a new education model based on the school education model, keep up with the needs of the times, build a platform, guide students to improve their network literacy and enhance their own credibility through three channels to improve education ability to further promote the personality development of college students in the era of new media.
