On the Cultivation of Teachers' Quality in the Implementation of Active Teaching Method

Abstract: The concept of positive teaching has been applied in classroom teaching, but its effect in practice is not ideal. The main reason is that teachers are used to the traditional teaching mode. The introduction of positive teaching method challenges teachers from the aspects of teaching form, teaching method and lesson preparation amount. It requires teachers to change their concepts, step out of the role of knowledge lecturer, and become the promoter and guide of students' learning. In the student-centered teaching and learning, as a helper, teachers should improve their own quality, master effective and positive teaching methods, guide students, enable students to actively participate in the classroom, be able to learn independently, and let students experience the happiness and sense of achievement of learning in the classroom. In order to make teachers better adapt to the new teaching mode, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the cultivation of teachers' quality, in order to help teachers improve their quality and master active teaching methods.
