Abstract: Based on the local normal college students, the teachers present situation and the condition, through the emphasis on training students in the process of training and training by the core literacy autonomy to the autonomous innovation ability training with the process of transformation, explore and find a scientific and effective cultivation method of innovative core literacy in local colleges and universities, build a boost local regular institutions of higher learning innovation core literacy extracurricular scientific research assistant teaching reform mode of talent training. The program is feasible, easy to operate, cost less and the teaching effect is easy to judge. The teaching practice results show that the model is a successful teaching reform attempt.
