Abstract: Through the investigation of distance learners in M Open University, this paper finds that there are differences in learning motivation, learning emotion and learning ability between open education students and other types of students. On this basis, this paper explores the teaching mode reform ideas of local open universities, and puts forward the strategies of constructing multi-dimensional and efficient service guidance mode of distance open education, so as to stimulate learners' positive learning emotions, enhance learners' internal learning motivation, and provide better support and services for the achievement of learners' learning efficacy.
