Research on the Connotation Characteristics and Evaluation System of Effective Classroom Teaching

Abstract: As a focus in teaching research of higher education, effective teaching was an ordered and virtuous cycle of teaching and studying. Effective teaching could benefit the improvement and development of student's studying. The effect of studying, meanwhile, could promote the continuous improvement of teaching. The effectiveness of teaching might be the evaluation criteria of teaching quality. The paper concentrated the concept and main characteristic of effective teaching and a dynamic evaluation system of college teaching was proposed afterwards.
