Abstract: With the strong support of the state, the innovation and entrepreneurship education of higher vocational college students has a great development. Each school has also set up some college students' entrepreneurship projects. In the process of these projects' practice, we will certainly encounter some new problems. Finding, summarizing and studying these problems will play a certain role in promoting the practice of College Students' entrepreneurship projects. This paper analyzes the problems encountered in the process of the project with an example of innovation and entrepreneurship project of higher vocational college students, and puts forward some feasible countermeasures, so as to help students overcome difficulties, grasp new opportunities, successfully complete the project plan, and provide empirical training for students' independent entrepreneurship.
