Research on Teaching Reform of the "Storage and Transportation Instrument and Automation" Course based on "New Engineering" Construction

Abstract: Taking the engineering education certification as an opportunity, combining new engineering construction concepts, industry development trends and the professional characteristics of the oil and gas storage and transportation engineering major, the teaching reform of the "Storage and Transportation Instrumentation and Automation" course was discussed. Through continuous improvement of the teaching content, teaching materials and evaluation mechanism of the course, combined the introduction of information-based auxiliary teaching and comprehensive training and virtual simulation content, the teaching objectives, content and learning effect of the "Storage and Transportation Instrumentation and Automation" course was evaluated. Useful attempts and reforms have been made to improve students' ability to solve complex engineering problems, and lay the foundation for cultivating storage, transportation and instrument automation composite engineering talents that meet the needs of the industry.
