An Analysis of Business English Writing Teaching based on POA

Abstract: With the continuous advancement of China's education reform, the direction of personnel training has undergone a profound change in the new era. The teaching practice of "emphasizing learning while neglecting use" in the past has been unable to meet the needs of social employing units for talents at this stage. In order to cope with this change, the educational institutions in China must change their educational ideas as soon as possible, and make comprehensive reforms in the aspects of curriculum construction, teaching mode and methods. This paper discusses the practical application of Poa (output oriented approach) in the teaching of business English writing in higher education.
