Psychological Dilemma and Countermeasures of Higher Vocational Students in the New Media Environment—Taking Chengdu Vocational and Technical College as An Example

Abstract: With the continuous development of quality education, students' mental health has been paid more and more attention. Strengthening the importance of students' mental health education can not only strengthen the health guidance of students, but also help some students with psychological problems in time, so that students can grow up actively and healthily in the new media environment. Firstly, this paper describes the steps and results of mental health assessment in Chengdu Vocational and technical college, and analyzes the relevant results; secondly, it analyzes the psychological dilemma of higher vocational students in the new media environment; finally, it expounds the relevant coping strategies, hoping to provide a series of reference for the development of mental health education, so as to promote the physical and mental health development of higher vocational students and cultivate high-quality students Lay the foundation for the development of innovative talents.
