Abstract: The employment of college students is not only related to the cultivation of professional talents, but also related to the improvement of their ability and quality. For college students, the quality of employment is not only the embodiment of their learning ability and practical ability, but also related to personal development. To improve the employment rate is one of the important goals of the school teaching activities. In order to improve the employment quality of college students, we need to fundamentally start from the perspective of teaching, improve the comprehensive quality and ability of college students, and create better employment prospects for them. This is also an effective way to further transport high-quality professionals for the society.
