Abstract: Since the Ministry of Education put forward the policy of cultivating innovation and innovation in colleges and universities, our country has experienced more than ten years of practice, and has made certain achievements. With the advent of the new era of "mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation ", the country also has higher requirements for the training of corresponding talents. As a talent training base, colleges and universities undertake the mission of cultivating outstanding innovative and entrepreneurial talents. Therefore, how to construct the training mechanism, quality standard and accurately grasp the new trend of innovative entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities is still a problem to be considered at present.
