College Teachers' Entrepreneurship Model and Supporting Mechanism

Abstract: The entrepreneurship of university teachers and the market transformation of scientific research results are an important driving force for the high-quality development of my country's economy. The state proposes to explore the guiding direction of entrepreneurship for professional technicians in universities from a macro level. However, local governments and colleges and universities need to refine the policies for college teachers' entrepreneurship. Through the exploration of the entrepreneurial model, support mechanism and entrepreneurial guarantee of college teachers, it provides a dimensional reference and enlightenment for the formulation of college teachers' entrepreneurial policies. It is expected that college teachers' entrepreneurship will flourish under perfect and detailed policies and operating mechanisms.
