Abstract: In order to explore the structure of entrepreneurial college students' resilience quality and its forming factors, the theoretical framework of college students' entrepreneurial resilience and its influencing factors is initially constructed. This article selects 25 private college students from a private college in Changchun to conduct semi-structured individual interviews. Research shows that the entrepreneurial college students’ resilience qualities include processing coping, self-cognition adjustment, persistence, self-control, and values; moderate social material support and social emotional support are important protective factors for college students’ entrepreneurial resilience; financial pressure, team management and the incomprehension of the social environment is the risk factors of entrepreneurial resilience perceived by college students. Based on the research results, this article provides corresponding reference opinions for the systematic cultivation of college students' entrepreneurial resilience.
