An Analysis of Teaching Ability Enhancement Path of Young Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Internal and External Collaborative Driving Mode

Abstract: Young teachers are an important part of the teaching team in higher vocational colleges. The teaching level of young teachers is not only related to their personal development, but also related to the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges. SWOT analysis method, this paper analysis the plight of the young teachers teaching development, internal and external driving factors, put forward the growth of young teachers internal independent development strategy and external organization driving mechanism, construction of young teachers in higher vocational "inside and outside the synergy drive" teaching model, and provides referential for young teachers teaching ability development mode and path.
